As the Digital Growth Strategist, you will live and breathe our prospects and customers, putting them at the heart of everything we do.  Your key role is to analyse, strategize and grow our digital marketing clients’ portfolios.

You will:

  • Identify trends in our wide range of industries to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research industry changes and trends that identify opportunities within digital marketing for the benefit of both ARQ and their clients.
  • Drive upsell & cross opportunities across SMB Solutions portfolio
  • Report key activities including campaign performance, results, tracking & WIP’s
  • Identify areas of opportunity for optimisation and improvement of campaign goals/ objectives for our client’s overall business.

About you

  • 2-3 years’ agency or internal marketing experience with proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Have an undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business
  • Passion for SEM, knowing what is trending and what updates are required to optimise campaigns
  • Ability to scale up clients across a variety of industries and backgrounds
  • A genuine interest and passion for digital marketing
  • Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills and managing priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • UX, CRO and customer experience skills are advantageous
