What you get to do

Our business is going through a period of transformational change, and Software is a key capability for our technology function as we look to transition to the cloud and evolve the tools that support our people in their daily work. This role will see you develop and evolve the ways of working across our internal software function. Develop, coach, engage and provide servant leadership to a high performing team to mature our agile capability. Partner with our software leadership team to build business engagement and deliver iterative value across our business.

About you

 You are a custodian of agile ways of working across software function with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. You enjoy leading and championing agility across Software and can coach, mentor and build capability and resilience across teams. You must have experience as a certified scrum master with commercial experience working with agile teams in software development and/or SaaS web applications and portals.

Required Experience / Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience as a certified scrum master with commercial experience working with agile teams
  • Advanced interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability work autonomously and part of the wider leadership team across our business
  • Demonstrable understanding of agile development methodologies, scrum theory rules and practices
  • Experience with Agile Portfolio management software (ie - Trello, JIRA, VersionOne)
  • Demonstrable experience in Agile principles and practices (mindset & structure)
