Andrew Reitzer brings more than 35 years of global experience in the technology, retail and wholesaling industries. Andrew has extensive experience in M&A, post-acquisition integration and organisational change.

From 1988 to 30 June 2013 Andrew was CEO of Metcash Limited. Prior to his appointment to CEO, Andrew held various management roles at METRO Cash & Carry and led the establishment of METRO’s operations in Israel and Russia and served as the Group Operations Director.

In addition to the Non-Executive Directorships listed below, Andrew is a Director of several private companies.

Tristan Sternson is a pioneer of new and innovative technologies and approaches. He is well known in Australia as a business leader and entrepreneur with a successful track record, and passion for, growing digital technology businesses. 
 
He started his career in professional services and has worked for leading professional services firms including PWC, IBM and Accenture. He also spent some time in the SMB in the early days helping setup Dodo Internet. He has led and delivered many major programs of work in Australia, Europe, and the UK, including large, complex, and leading-edge digital transformations, data and analytics, marketing and customer solutions. 
 
Tristan founded Infoready in 2008 which quickly grew to become one of Australia’s leading data and analytics solution providers before it was acquired by Arq Group in 2015.
 
In 2014 he was named a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards in 2014. Tristan is a member of various advisory boards and committees including Swinburne University’s School of Business Advisory Board and Hawthorn Football Club’s Dare to Be Different committee. He is a regular speaker, panellist and commentator at industry events. 
 
Tristan holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree and is a certified member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Fraser Bearsley's leadership of Arq Group's finance team is underpinned by strong experience in corporate finance, corporate development, commercial finance and transaction advisory work.  As Chief Financial Officer, Fraser is responsible for leading the corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate development, risk and legal functions.

Fraser joined the group as Group Financial Controller in November 2016, coming across from a tenure as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Readify Limited, a leading software services provider acquired by Telstra in 2016. He has also held senior finance and corporate development roles at iSelect Limited and in EY's Assurance and Transaction Advisory practices.

Fraser is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.

A highly respected online business services pioneer, Larry Bloch has been influencing the industry in Australia and Europe for over 20 years. His entrepreneurial expertise and leadership helps shape Arq Group's strategic direction as Director and as member of both the ARMC and HRRNC committees.

Larry co-founded Netregistry Group Limited in 1997 and was its major shareholder, CEO and Chairman for 17 years. In 2014, he successfully sold Netregistry Group Limited to Melbourne IT Limited. He previously founded and was Managing Director of NetBenefit in the UK, which rapidly became the largest domain and hosting provider in Europe. Larry also founded Virtual Internet in France in 1996. 

Larry holds two postgraduate degrees (Honours) in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Cameron Boog blends his extensive experience in data and analytics with more than a decade of executive management that has developed into a unique leadership skill set. He has worked with a wide array of enterprise clients collaboratively solving complex problems with practical yet pragmatic solutions across the telecommunications, utilities, finance, resources and government sectors. 

Cameron is the Executive Director, Digital Technology which is responsible for the development and mentoring of Arq's people, building technology capability standardised and localised to individual markets, integrating cloud, mobile and data and analytics technology capabilities and delivering ongoing thought leadership and innovation.
 
Cameron has more than 20 years’ experience with data and analytics consulting, enterprise solution design and architecture, leading delivery teams, program delivery, business owner and senior leadership roles. As one of the founding partners of Infoready, Cameron is known as a team player focused on customer centricity who thrives on empowering, mentoring and coaching the next generation of leaders, and creating a growth culture which enables others to succeed. 
 
Cameron holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from Queensland University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Charles Darwin University.

Samantha is a Human Resources Executive with deep capability in the development and implementation of valued and business focused people strategies for multi-sector, multi-discipline and multi-national companies.  Samantha brings broad industry experiences within dynamic, fast-paced organisations undergoing ambitious growth and transformation.

She’s been a key driver and influencer in a significant number of acquisitions and as a consequence has deep skill in post M&A integration and change management.  Samantha has led cultural change and managed numerous integrations into acquired, culturally different businesses, requiring management cohesion and adjustment.

She has a track record of coaching C-suite executives to make strong operational, strategic and leadership decisions.

A collaborative leader, Samantha has a reputation for creating and turning HR strategy into reality, delivering against business objectives while enabling leadership development, cultural change, client satisfaction and improved sales results.

Prior to joining Arq, Samantha was People & Performance Director at QANTM Intellectual Property Ltd and previously, GM of Human Resources at Telstra. Samantha has also held HR leadership roles in a diverse range of businesses including Accenture, Balancing Business and Pracom (now Service Stream).

Leading the management of Arq Group's software systems and platforms, project management and delivery, infrastructure and technical platforms, and general technology operations, Brett Fenton is a technology evangelist with a passion for both business management and leadership.

As Chief Integration Officer during the group's critical transformation period from late-2015, Brett was responsible for customer integration, migration, platform consolidation, customer experience and customer journey, data science and innovation. His success in building this integration capability saw him transition to taking on the wider technology role across the group.

Brett has held a number of senior leadership positions at Melbourne IT and Netregistry prior to its acquisition, including as Chief Customer Officer of Melbourne IT and Chief Operating Officer of Netregistry.

He holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Sydney where he majored both chemistry and geology.

Adam Kennedy has a demonstrated track record in consistently delivering successful outcomes in product and service innovation through strong strategic planning, people leadership, and commercial acumen. His expertise spans mobile applications, Lean software development, product and service design and development, cloud and analytics. He has worked in a number of digital agencies overseas and in Australian.  

He is passionate about collaborating with clients to identify opportunities to innovate, and then leverage world best design and product thinking to ideate, design, create and launch amazing new digital products and services that make a positive impact in the world.

Adam was appointed to Executive Director, Digital Experiences at Arq Group in June 2019. He leads the digital experiences capability, defining the strategy, service offering, and most importantly the Group’s talent capability development across R&D, innovation, design, product and creative parts of our business.

Prior to his current appointment, Adam was General Manager at Outware, a leading mobile development agency which was acquired by Arq Group in 2015.
He was responsible for leading business transformation and the integration to the Arq Group including consulting on transition of operational activities, sales, marketing, people and culture and customer success, while also maintaining business as usual delivery of 30 per cent year on year revenue and margin growth.

Adam graduated from The Australian National University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is an accredited Prince 2 Practitioner and Agile Scrum Master.

Annie joined Arq Group in September 2019 as Chief Marketing Officer responsible for brand and customer growth.  She brings deep functional expertise across customer acquisition and retention, brand, customer experience and sales operations.

 A high energy leader, Annie is renowned for leading transformation strategy and execution, with a focus on building team achievement and performance cultures centred around the customer. She is a change agent for customer first strategy and operating models – driving experience transformation through brand and behaviour-led change, digital innovation, capability transformation and customer centricity. 
 
With a distinguished career in marketing, sales and customer experience senior leadership roles with some of Australia’s leading Telecommunications brands, Annie has spearheaded successes in category expansion, exponential growth, and disruptive innovation. She brings a passion for growth through customer focus to her role and was most recently Head of Customer Strategy & Experience at Westpac Group.  Hailing from Silicon Valley, Annie’s early career was founded in driving client innovation and outcomes at market leading advertising and digital agencies in San Francisco.

Andrew Macpherson's wealth of leadership and strategy experience in enterprise technology project delivery and risk management is integral to the direction of Arq Group, in particular the rapid growth of the Enterprise Services business.

Andrew is also Chair of Sirca Ltd, a leading provider of financial data and eResearch services, Chair of not-for-profit IT social enterprise WorkVentures, Non-executive director of Ruralco Holdings, a diversified Australian agribusiness, and Non-Executive director of OneVue Holdings, a fintech company providing wholesale services to the wealth management industry.

An almost 30-year career with global consulting firm Accenture saw Andrew lead the implementation of complex technology-enabled change projects to large enterprises and government in Australia, Asia and Europe. He also previously served as Chief Executive of Crowe Horwath Sydney, part of the fifth largest accounting and professional services firm in Australia. 

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Hons) from UNSW, and is a Member of AICD.

Simon Martin brings more than 25 years of financial and commercial experience including a significant tenure focussed on technology to support the strategic direction of Arq Group.

An investor in and director of several SME and healthcare technology start-ups in Australia and the UK, Simon also holds directorships at work force design and delivery company Tandem Corp Pty Ltd and for-purpose organisations BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia and Methodist Ladies College in Melbourne.

Simon was CEO of iCareHealth until the sale of its Australian operations to Telstra Health in 2014, and previously CFO and a Director of MYOB from 2004 to 2012 overseeing several acquisitions and divestments, privatisation by Archer Capital and subsequent sale to Bain Capital.

A Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Simon holds both a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce the University of Melbourne.

Justin Parcell has established a reputation as a leader in data and analytics. He has worked with hundreds of clients on challenging and complex projects across the telecommunications, utilities, aviation, financial services and oil and gas sectors, in Australia and oversea. His speciality is developing solutions that utilise data and insights to create business value. 

As Executive Director, Southern Region, Justin is responsible for Arq Group’s business performance in Victoria. He leads regional sales, delivery and operations across the core Cloud, Mobile, Web, Data & Analytics capabilities.

Justin has more than 20 years’ experience as a consultant, director, business owner and data architect. He has worked for PWC and BP Oil International and spent 10 years growing and leading Infoready, a consulting business he cofounded which was sold to Arq Group in 2015.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree from UNSW.

Karl Siegling has over 25 years’ investment experience in the financial sector in Australia and overseas. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Law degree from the University of Melbourne and a MBA from INSEAD in France.

Holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance with the Securities Institute of Australia (FINSIA). He commenced work in the Financial Services sector in Australia with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, trading overnight currencies, bonds and bond options on the Sydney Futures Exchange. He then worked within the Equities Research Division of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell before studying a MBA at INSEAD and working as a Summer Associate within the equities division of Goldman Sachs in London.

Upon returning to Australia, Karl was the Managing Director of eFinancial Capital Limited (a subsidiary of Challenger international Limited) focused on investing in early stage and expansion capital for financial services and technology companies. Karl worked as a consultant for Wilson Asset Management, researching stocks, before setting up Cadence Asset Management Pty Limited.

Karl has been the Chairman and Managing Director of Cadence Asset Management Pty Limited (The Manager), for 16 and a half years. Karl has been the Chairman and Managing Director of Cadence Capital Limited for 16 years.

Naseema Sparks is an experienced topline growth director. Her extensive leadership in strong B2C organisations and in organisations using technology to disrupt traditional business models is highly valuable the strategic focus of Arq Group.

Naseema has current experience in transformational and disruptor businesses, especially those operating in the rapid growth, customer acquisition and brand awareness stage. She also has experience with businesses facing market and competitive pressures where significant operational transformation is required to restore a profitability and growth.

In addition to Arq Group, she also serves on the boards of Australian Vintage Ltd, AIG Australia, Knight Frank Australia, and Genero Media Pty Ltd.

Naseema's most recent leadership role was Group Managing Director and Global Partner of M&C Saatchi Ltd. She has also previously held directorships at PMP Ltd, Grays e-Commerce Group Ltd and Blackmores Ltd. She is a Director of Biennale of Sydney, Trustee of Sydney Living Museums (Historic Houses Trust of NSW).

Naseema is a Member of the Order of Australia, and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. She is also a member and Past President of Chief Executive Women.

Phil is responsible for leading the performance of Arq’s business in New South Wales and Queensland.

He has a track record of driving leadership to deliver outstanding results. One of Phil’s core strengths is creating a culture of strong business performance where people do their best work in pursuit of strategic outcomes and financial growth. He has led teams that have delivered 2-3 times revenue growth. 

Phil has more than 25 years’ experience in the digital space. He started his career in in the 1990s building a global claims handling system for NYK, the largest shipowner in the world. Since then he’s held leadership roles at various consultancies and agencies in London and Sydney. 

After his arrival in Australia in 2011, Phil held General Manager/ Program Manager roles at DT (now AKQA), Digitas and Bilue, where he gained exposure to a wide range of industries including Travel & Tourism, Finance, Property, Entertainment and more, assisting clients with their digital transformations.

Phil joined Arq Group in January 2019 taking responsibility for the NSW Mobile team which more than doubled its revenue in six months under his leadership.
