Fraser Bearsley's leadership of Arq Group's finance team is underpinned by strong experience in corporate finance, corporate development, commercial finance and transaction advisory work.  As Chief Financial Officer, Fraser is responsible for leading the corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate development, risk and legal functions.

Fraser joined the group as Group Financial Controller in November 2016, coming across from a tenure as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Readify Limited, a leading software services provider acquired by Telstra in 2016. He has also held senior finance and corporate development roles at iSelect Limited and in EY's Assurance and Transaction Advisory practices.

Fraser is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.

A highly respected online business services pioneer, Larry Bloch has been influencing the industry in Australia and Europe for over 20 years. His entrepreneurial expertise and leadership helps shape Arq Group's strategic direction as Director and as member of both the ARMC and HRRNC committees.

Larry co-founded Netregistry Group Limited in 1997 and was its major shareholder, CEO and Chairman for 17 years. In 2014, he successfully sold Netregistry Group Limited to Melbourne IT Limited. He previously founded and was Managing Director of NetBenefit in the UK, which rapidly became the largest domain and hosting provider in Europe. Larry also founded Virtual Internet in France in 1996. 

Larry holds two postgraduate degrees (Honours) in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Leading the management of Arq Group's software systems and platforms, project management and delivery, infrastructure and technical platforms, and general technology operations, Brett Fenton is a technology evangelist with a passion for both business management and leadership.

As Chief Integration Officer during the group's critical transformation period from late-2015, Brett was responsible for customer integration, migration, platform consolidation, customer experience and customer journey, data science and innovation. His success in building this integration capability saw him transition to taking on the wider technology role across the group.

Brett has held a number of senior leadership positions at Melbourne IT and Netregistry prior to its acquisition, including as Chief Customer Officer of Melbourne IT and Chief Operating Officer of Netregistry.

He holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Sydney where he majored both chemistry and geology.

Emma Hunt's intimate understanding of the needs of SMB customers and strong capabilities in strategy, sales and marketing, and execution underpin her leadership of Arq Group's SMB division. Emma is responsible for developing the SMB Strategy and business plan, and leading the growth of this business.

Emma's wealth of Australian and international experience supporting large brands across financial services, telecommunications and retail is complemented by her leadership in online and eBusiness strategy and delivery and building teams to service digital markets.

Emma was previously Director of SMB at PayPal - a division she established and assiduously cultivated over several years. She also spent five years working with British Telecom driving their digital strategies, before joining London-based start-up Order Dynamics, developing eCommerce platforms for large UK retailers.

Emma holds a Master of International Relations and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.

Andrew Macpherson's wealth of leadership and strategy experience in enterprise technology project delivery and risk management is integral to the direction of Arq Group, in particular the rapid growth of the Enterprise Services business.

Andrew is also Chair of Sirca Ltd, a leading provider of financial data and eResearch services, Chair of not-for-profit IT social enterprise WorkVentures, Non-executive director of Ruralco Holdings, a diversified Australian agribusiness, and Non-Executive director of OneVue Holdings, a fintech company providing wholesale services to the wealth management industry.

An almost 30-year career with global consulting firm Accenture saw Andrew lead the implementation of complex technology-enabled change projects to large enterprises and government in Australia, Asia and Europe. He also previously served as Chief Executive of Crowe Horwath Sydney, part of the fifth largest accounting and professional services firm in Australia. 

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Hons) from UNSW, and is a Member of AICD.

Simon Martin brings more than 25 years of financial and commercial experience including a significant tenure focussed on technology to support the strategic direction of Arq Group.

An investor in and director of several SME and healthcare technology start-ups in Australia and the UK, Simon also holds directorships at work force design and delivery company Tandem Corp Pty Ltd and for-purpose organisations BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia and Methodist Ladies College in Melbourne.

Simon was CEO of iCareHealth until the sale of its Australian operations to Telstra Health in 2014, and previously CFO and a Director of MYOB from 2004 to 2012 overseeing several acquisitions and divestments, privatisation by Archer Capital and subsequent sale to Bain Capital.

A Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Simon holds both a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce the University of Melbourne.

Martin's leadership of Arq Group, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, is underpinned by more than 20 years in strategy and planning, sales, marketing, product development and general management. 

Prior to joining Arq Group, he was Managing Director, Strategy and Fixed at Optus, following four successful years as Chief Executive Officer of vividwireless and a decade in senior leadership positions at Telstra. 

A recipient of a Harness Fellowship from Commonwealth Fund of New York, and a former Visiting Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, Martin holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

A cultural change evangelist and commercially-focused executive who is passionate about driving business performance through humanistic leadership and engagement, Amy has been instrumental in leading the branding and cultural elements of Arq Group's transformation as Chief Brand, People & Culture Officer.

Amy is known for championing direct radical candour from the C-suite down. Amy's wealth of HR and cultural change experience spans both small business and large enterprise, both consumer and B2B contexts, and a range of industries including professional services, financial services, and telecommunications. She has held a number of senior Human Resources roles in companies including Optus, Ipsos, and Suncorp.

Amy has driven a number of brand, culture and engagement initiatives, and worked with leadership to build strong capability and accountability across the group. Amy held the additional role of Chief Customer Officer in 2016, and played a key role in the acquisition and integration of key businesses, in particular, WME, before transitioning these into the SMB business. 

Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Western Sydney and has completed a number of graduate courses in management, strategy and leadership.

Naseema Sparks is an experienced topline growth director. Her extensive leadership in strong B2C organisations and in organisations using technology to disrupt traditional business models is highly valuable the strategic focus of Arq Group.

Naseema has current experience in transformational and disruptor businesses, especially those operating in the rapid growth, customer acquisition and brand awareness stage. She also has experience with businesses facing market and competitive pressures where significant operational transformation is required to restore a profitability and growth.

In addition to Arq Group, she also serves on the boards of Australian Vintage Ltd, AIG Australia, Knight Frank Australia, and Genero Media Pty Ltd.

Naseema's most recent leadership role was Group Managing Director and Global Partner of M&C Saatchi Ltd. She has also previously held directorships at PMP Ltd, Grays e-Commerce Group Ltd and Blackmores Ltd. She is a Director of Biennale of Sydney, Trustee of Sydney Living Museums (Historic Houses Trust of NSW).

Naseema is a Member of the Order of Australia, and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. She is also a member and Past President of Chief Executive Women.

Peter Wright

With more than 25 years of experience immersed in Australia's digital and technology industries, Peter Wright leads the development of teams to develop and broaden business models and scale business operations. Renowned for his results-driven leadership driving strategic planning, M&A, strong sales, revenue and margin growth, and employee engagement, Peter's expertise is integral to the direction of Arq Group's Enterprise Services division. 

Peter joined the group as Executive General Manager of Enterprise Services for Melbourne IT in 2011 to spearhead growth in agile technology services for enterprises. He previously served as General Manager - Sales and Operations at REA Group, where he was responsible for the day to day sales and operations of the group's Australian brands, including Australia's largest real estate website realestate.com.au.

Peter spent 13 years in various senior positions at Optus leading the establishment and growth of the company's internet and IT services businesses, and also played a key role in establishing Alphawest as a top 10 ICT business in Australia. Peter began his career with Telstra and worked for several years at Digital Consulting, the consulting arm of Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).  

Peter holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney and has previously lectured for the Master of Marketing program at the institution.
