Hiding who we truly are is detrimental to mental and physical health. So 78% of Arquadians feeling they can bring their whole selves to work is good, but we can do better. It's why we measure our inclusion and belonging every year. We're continuously striving to improve.

To promote happiness and fulfilment at work and home, we partner holistically with specialists and health professionals to provide services including counselling and wellbeing workshops on mindfulness, meditation and resilience.
We provide fruit, breakfast and barista coffee machines. But that’s not all. Arqadians have the choice to enjoy flu vaccinations, free eye health services and hearing tests. On any day, you might find boot camps or workshops in our wellbeing spaces.
Arq Group supports family life. Our offices provided breastfeeding spaces and our buildings all include, or are located near, childcare centres. All our mums and dads are invited to become ArqParent members.
Arquadians love opportunities to give back. We give blood to the Red Cross, build bikes for Bikes for Tikes, weed and dig up produce at the Food for Change farm. We host community events too, with organisations such as Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, She Loves Data, Code Like A Girl and Red Cross.
